Where is my order?
Most orders are delivered within 5–15 minutes of payment confirmation. If it has been more than 30 minutes and you have not received your order, open a ticket in our Discord server (discord.gg/ny43KN2vwY) with your order number and we will investigate immediately. GTA Online money orders may take up to 60 minutes.
How do I get a refund?
SwiftBux offers a 48-hour delivery guarantee. If your order was not delivered within 48 hours of payment, you are entitled to a full refund. Open a support ticket in our Discord (discord.gg/ny43KN2vwY) with your order number and request. If delivery was confirmed but you believe something went wrong, contact us within 24 hours and we will review your case.
Did I enter the wrong username?
If you provided an incorrect in-game username, contact us as soon as possible in our Discord server (discord.gg/ny43KN2vwY) before delivery is completed. Once currency has been delivered to the account name provided, we are unable to recover it. Always double-check your username before placing an order.
My payment was charged but I got no confirmation — what happened?
Open a ticket in our Discord server (discord.gg/ny43KN2vwY) and provide the username or email used for purchase. Our team will look up your order and confirm its status immediately.
Do you offer bulk or custom order pricing?
Yes. Each currency page lists a base rate per unit. Message us in Discord to request a custom order. The minimum order is $20 USD for all currencies.
