SwiftBux provides a marketplace for purchasing in-game currencies for various video games including, but not limited to, Robux (Roblox), V-Bucks (Fortnite), Valorant Points, Riot Points, Apex Coins, Rocket League Credits, R6 Credits, Destiny 2 Silver, GTA Online Money, and Marvel Rivals Lattice.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Service. If you are under the age of 18, you must have the permission of a parent or legal guardian before making a purchase. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. SwiftBux reserves the right to refuse service, suspend or terminate accounts, and cancel orders at its sole discretion.

All prices displayed on SwiftBux are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price displayed at the time of your order confirmation is the price you will be charged.

We accept payment via PayPal, major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and select cryptocurrencies. All payment processing is handled by trusted third-party processors (PayPal and Stripe) and is encrypted using industry-standard SSL/TLS technology.

SwiftBux does not store your full payment card details. Payment information is processed directly through our payment partners in compliance with PCI DSS standards.

By submitting a payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that the billing information you supply is accurate and complete.

SwiftBux offers a 48-hour delivery guarantee. If your order has not been delivered within 48 hours of confirmed payment, you are entitled to a full refund of the purchase price. To request a refund under this guarantee, contact our support team at support@swiftbux.com with your order number.

Due to the digital nature of in-game currency, refunds are generally not issued once delivery has been confirmed and the currency has been received in your game account. All sales are final upon successful delivery.

If you believe you have received the incorrect amount or experienced a delivery issue after the currency was marked as delivered, please contact support within 24 hours of delivery. We will investigate and resolve valid claims at our discretion.

Chargebacks initiated without first contacting SwiftBux support are considered a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account suspension.

To place an order with SwiftBux, you will be required to provide a valid email address and, where applicable, your in-game username or account information for delivery purposes. SwiftBux will never ask for your game account password. Do not share your password with anyone, including SwiftBux staff.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that the game account information you provide is accurate. SwiftBux is not liable for failed or misdirected deliveries resulting from incorrect information submitted by the buyer.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account or login credentials associated with using the SwiftBux Service, and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Purchase currency on behalf of another person without their knowledge and consent
• Resell or redistribute purchased currency in violation of the applicable game's terms of service
• Engage in fraudulent transactions, including using stolen payment methods
• Abuse the refund or dispute process, including unjustified chargebacks
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the Service
• Attempt to circumvent security measures, pricing, or rate-limiting systems
• Harass, threaten, or abuse SwiftBux staff or other customers

Violation of any prohibited use may result in immediate termination of your access to the Service and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities.

SwiftBux is an independent marketplace and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation, Epic Games, Riot Games, Electronic Arts, Psyonix, Ubisoft, Bungie, Rockstar Games, NetEase, Marvel, or any other game publisher or developer referenced on this site.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. SwiftBux does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SwiftBux shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by applicable law.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

SwiftBux reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
